GENERAL DESCRIPTION The HR Team Lead oversees all aspects of human resources, ensuring our company’s policies and procedures are followed. This role supports recruitment, employment relations, performance management, and compliance with India labour laws.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the operational success and development of the HR function.
- Interpret and advise on employment law including updating and implementing policies and procedures and ensuring company documentation is up to date and in line with legislation.
- Providing coaching and support to the senior management team in terms of development and performance management of staffs.
- Responsible for all recruitment, selection and onboarding activity for India offices.
- Ownership of the full employee lifecycle including inductions, annual reviews, training and leaver processes.
- Arrange and conduct employee disciplinary investigations,
meetings and correspondence in conjunction with the department manager.
- Manage the maintenance of all employee records and the HCM system.
- Administer and manage financial elements of HR such as payroll, benefits, and pension schemes.
- Support the development of colleagues and handle confidential matters with discretion.
The Employee shall devote their whole time, attention and skill to their duties hereunder and in addition such other duties as may from time to time be reasonably required of them for the proper and productive running of the Employer’s business. Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
