Job SummaryWe are seeking a versatile and proactive Sales cum HR Executive to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through business development while simultaneously managing core HR operations, particularly recruitment and employee onboarding.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (50%)
- Lead Generation: Pitch services/products to potential B2B or B2C clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Client Acquisition: Schedule and lead client meetings to negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Human Resource Management (50%)
- End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates to meet internal staffing needs.
- Onboarding & Offboarding:
Conduct company orientations for new hires and manage the exit process for departing employees.
- HR Operations: Handle employee documentation, maintain leave and attendance records, and assist with basic payroll inputs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, recruitment, or a combined hybrid role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to pitch clients and interview candidates confidently.
- Multi-tasking: Proven ability to balance sales targets with administrative HR duties in a fast-paced workplace.
