We are looking for HR professionals to manage high-volume recruitment, onboarding, and statutory compliance for our field workforce across Security, FM, and Transport divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for frontline and mid-level positions
- Conduct background verification, police checks, and document validation
- Manage onboarding, offer letters, and induction programs
- Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, gratuity, and labour laws
- Maintain HRMS records and generate compliance reports
- Support IR activities and grievance redressal
Requirements & Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA in HR or Industrial Relations
- 2-4 years in HR with exposure to blue-collar / high-volume hiring
- Positive knowledge of PF, ESI, Contract Labour Act, PSARA (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
