PayRupy is looking for an HR Executive who can take ownership of day-to-day HR activities while helping us build a robust, engaging and performance-driven workplace culture.
You will work closely with the leadership team and employees across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR operations and performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with department heads.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Coordinate joining formalities, documentation and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation and attendance.
- Support payroll inputs, leave management and employee queries.
- Assist in performance reviews, KRAs and employee development initiatives.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, team outings and celebrations.
- Support company policies, HR processes and workplace discipline.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Prepare regular HR reports and recruitment MIS.
- Help build a positive, professional and collaborative work culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment, preferably in a startup, FinTech, BFSI or technology company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Strong follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR tools.
