Experience: 2-3 Years
Salary: 22K
Job Location: Sec. 16 Faridabad
- Attendance: Coordinating and Maintaining Time Sheet & Attendance register
- Preparation of monthly wages / salary sheet
- ESI:
- Registering current members under ESI
- Marking exit of leaving staff
- Preparation of ECR
- Making payment due against monthly ECR
- Assisting employees in availing treatment / ESI benefit
- EPF:
- Registering new members under EPF
- Marking exit of leaving staff
- Preparation of ECR
- Making payment due against monthly ECR
- Assisting employees in availing EPF benefits
- Managing job vacancy postings & interviews
- Preparation/issue of appointment letter
- Maintaining employee's HR records
