We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Executive & Admin to manage day-to-day HR activities and administrative operations. The candidate will be responsible for employee coordination, recruitment support, attendance and leave management, documentation, payroll coordination, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including joining formalities and exit procedures.
- Coordinate recruitment activities such as sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee-related data.
- Coordinate with the payroll team for monthly salary processing.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and relieving letters.
- Handle employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
- Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company HR processes.
Admin Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Coordinate office supplies, stationery, housekeeping,
security, and maintenance.
- Maintain vendor records and coordinate with service providers.
- Handle office documentation, courier, correspondence, and basic record keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and office arrangements.
- Monitor office facilities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain administrative records and support management with routine tasks.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labour-related documentation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Qualification:
- Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, payroll coordination, and office administration.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
