Nirmal Balbir Consultant Private Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Executive to support day-to-day HR activities, recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and general HR operations.

This role is suitable for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with recruitment and hiring activities.
- Post job vacancies on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Maintain candidate and employee databases.
- Prepare and maintain employee documents and HR records.
- Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Assist with employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support performance review and HR administration processes.
- Assist in maintaining HR policies and company procedures.
- Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates.




- Support exit formalities and employee documentation when required.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
- Positive interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or any relevant field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 1 year of HR or recruitment experience will also be considered.

Pay: ₹11,036.30 - ₹20,000.00 per month
