Echobooom Management & Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive Recruitment & Talent Acquisition to join our team. This is a outstanding opportunity for freshers who want to start their career in HR and gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Identify and source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/HR screening of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups and ensure timely communication.
- Assist with offer rollouts and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Work towards achieving recruitment targets and closing positions within timelines.





Candidate Requirements

*Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, B.Com, BBA, Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive, organized and detail-oriented.
- Interest in building a career in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
