Mangalam is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences and a supportive workplace for our team. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Human Resources Professional to oversee daily HR operations, support staff relations, and drive recruitment across our front-of-house and back-of-house hospitality teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Staffing: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various hotel departments (front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance).
- Onboarding & Training: Facilitate current-hire orientations, uniform issuance, hotel policy walkthroughs, and department handoffs.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for staff inquiries regarding schedules, workplace concerns, benefits, and company policies.
- Compliance & Records: Maintain up-to-date physical and digital personnel files, monitor work authorizations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Attendance & Payroll Support: Coordinate shift logs,



leave requests, and attendance data with accounting/payroll to ensure accurate processing.
- Staff Retention & Culture: Assist management in planning employee recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team events.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of human resources experience (hospitality, hotel, or retail industry background strongly preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor regulations, hospitality shift patterns, and wage/hour compliance.
- Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Working proficiency with HR software (HRIS/ATS) and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

Schedule
- Day shift, with occasional weekend or evening flexibility based on hotel operational needs.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
