Location: Thane West ( 15 mins walking from Thane station)
Work Hours: 9am to 6pm
Working Days: Mon- Sat but 2nd and 4th Saturday is off

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive for our client to manage end-to-end talent acquisition. The role involves sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and delivering a solid candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and workforce planning.
- Draft and post job advertisement across portals and social media platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to assess suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback loops with stakeholders.
- Maintain recruitment data as per the available tools
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding processes.
- Ensure recruitment practices align with compliance and governance standards.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Proficiency with job boards and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
