We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to manage employee-related activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and assist in the onboarding of recent employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee-related queries.
- Assist with payroll coordination and HR administrative activities.
- Support employee engagement and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain records using MS Excel.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Problem-solving and team collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
