Position: Site HR

Location: Angul, Odisha

Experience: 3–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Food & Accommodation: Provided by the Company

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR activities at the construction/project site.
- Handle staff and worker attendance and maintain daily manpower records.
- Manage joining, gate-pass and employee documentation.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with the Project/Site Management team.
- Maintain employee records, leave records and attendance reports.
- Prepare basic HR/MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Managr salary/wage-related data and monthly payroll inputs.
- Handle employee and worker queries and resolve routine HR issues.
- Ensure proper coordination and discipline among site manpower.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower deployment and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline; HR/Management qualification preferred.




- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Site HR/Construction/Infrastructure/Project HR.
- Good knowledge of manpower handling and site HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain HR records and prepare reports independently.
- Willingness to stay and work at the Angul project site.

Salary & Facilities
- Salary: ₹20,000/month

- Full-time site-based position.
