Position: HR Executive

Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad

Experience: 2-4 Years In Payroll & Statutory Compliances

Preferred Industry: Manufacturing Industry

Key Responsibilities:

Handle monthly payroll processing, attendance, leave, overtime & deductions.

Prepare payroll reports, registers and HR MIS.

Manage employee onboarding, induction and exit formalities.

Handle full & final settlement and employee payroll queries.

Manage statutory compliance and maintain required records.

Coordinate with Finance and support audits/compliance activities.

Required Skills:

Robust knowledge of Payroll & HR Operations.

Knowledge of statutory compliance and HR/Payroll software.

Good communication and coordination skills.
