About Weldots

Weldots is a Delhi-based D2C ecommerce company running four consumer brands - Auriglo (premium Apple Watch cases, listed on Tata CLiQ Luxury and AJIO Luxe), Bugario (Women's Innerwear) and Weldots. We source from India and China and sell through our own websites and leading marketplaces. Our office is at Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi.

The Role

This is roughly 70% HR and 30% founder support. We are looking for someone who can own HR independently, not assist with it. There is no existing HR team to lean on.

HR (primary):

1. End-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, offers, closures across roles
2. HR operations — onboarding, documentation, attendance, payroll inputs, full and final settlements, exits
3. Statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, payroll inputs, registers and records
4. Employee relations, policy implementation and day-to-day people issues
5. HR reporting and trackers — headcount, attrition, hiring funnel

Founder's office (secondary):

- Calendar and meeting coordination,



follow-ups across teams, keeping projects moving

You will report directly to the founder. On a team this size, what you build is visible immediately.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2–3+ years in HR, including at least 1 year owning recruitment end to end
- Comfortable running HR operations solo in a startup or SME environment
- Working knowledge of statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, payroll inputs)
- Robust spoken and written English and Hindi
- Solid Excel or Google Sheets — you will build and maintain your own trackers
- Able to commute daily to Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi
- Immediate joiners or short notice period strongly preferred
