Hiring: HR Executive – Manufacturing

Salary: ₹30,500 – ₹39,500 per month

Annual CTC: ₹3.66 – ₹4.74 LPA

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage HR operations at our manufacturing/plant location in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Manufacturing HR, Labour Compliance, ISO, Factory Act, Industrial Relations, payroll and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant.
- Handle recruitment for shop-floor workers, technicians and supervisory staff.
- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and HR records.
- Monitor biometric attendance, shifts, leave, absenteeism and overtime.
- Prepare and coordinate monthly payroll inputs.
- Ensure compliance with Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation required under the Factory Act.
- Handle contract labour management and compliance.
- Manage employee grievances and industrial relations.
- Coordinate and maintain documentation related to ISO audits and compliance.
- Support internal and external ISO / statutory / factory audits.
- Ensure timely closure and maintenance of compliance-related documentation.




- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate plant administration including security, housekeeping and vendors.
- Prepare HR MIS and reports using MS Excel / HRMS.
- Support management in employee welfare, safety and general plant HR activities.

Mandatory Requirements

- 4–8 years of relevant HR experience
- Mandatory manufacturing / factory HR experience
- Mandatory hands-on experience in Labour Compliance
- Mandatory knowledge and experience of the Factory Act
- Mandatory experience with ISO compliance / ISO audits
- Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC and statutory compliance
- Experience in contract labour management
- Experience in payroll, attendance and employee relations
- Strong understanding of Industrial Relations / Labour Laws

Qualification

MBA / PGDM / MSW / MHRM / BBA / Graduate with relevant qualification in Labour Laws / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management preferred.

Language Requirements

Gujarati, Hindi and English – proficiency required.

Preferred Candidate

- Ahmedabad/Gujarat-based candidates preferred.
- Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, fabrication or industrial companies preferred.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.

Pay: ₹366,000.00 - ₹474,000.00 per year
