HR Executive –

Job responsibilities -

1. Would be responsible for end-to-end HR activities right from recruitment, employee engagement, festival celebration, birthday celebration, leave management, induction, joining formalities and more.
2. Managing recruitment, sourcing, onboarding, induction of new joinees
3. Managing payroll, maintaining records with respect to salary, PF deductions, PT deductions, leaves etc. should have fair understanding of PF, ESIC etc.
4. Managing Performance reviews, KRA evaluations
5. Ensuring employee engagement, motivate and reward achievements

Education and Experience –
1. Graduation
2. Experience of around 1-2 years
3. Should have creative approach

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
