Position: HR Executive

Location: Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate screening.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate and employee records.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assist with onboarding and other HR activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR-related tasks and documentation.

✅ Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/Recruitment.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Candidates from Nagercoil and nearby areas are preferred.
