- Procurement/: Find, negotiate, and oversee agreements with outside suppliers /(cleaning, security, stationery, IT hardware maintenance, travel agencies/); examine service level agreements /(SLAs/) and invoices.

Organise regular inventory audits and maintenance plans; keep accurate records of fixed assets, office supplies, stationery, and consumables. trip &

- Guest Logistics/: Organise domestic and international trip plans, hotel and flight reservations, visa processing, transportation logistics, and corporate event management.
