Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic HR Associate to primarily drive non-IT recruitment activities while supporting day-to-day HR operations. The role involves managing high-volume hiring, coordinating onboarding, and ensuring smooth HR processes. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, organized, and capable of handling multiple hiring requirements efficiently.

Qualifications





- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
- Post job openings on portals, social media, and internal platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Conduct initial HR interviews and evaluate candidate suitability
- Handle offer rollouts, negotiation, and onboarding coordination
- Ensure achievement of weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of current employees
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies and processes
- Assist in drafting HR letters (offer, appointment, warning, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and basic labor regulations
- Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
