Role Overview We are looking for an HR Executive to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations in a fast-paced technology and defence/aerospace startup environment. The role will involve managing technical and non-technical hiring, along with day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle management, documentation, compliance and employee engagement activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working closely with hiring managers, employees and leadership while managing multiple HR activities simultaneously.

Acquisition & Recruitment

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Work on hiring for roles such as:
- System Engineer
- Junior Engineer
- AI and Computer Vision Engineer
- RF Engineer
- Software Engineer
- Operations Associate
- Admin & Support roles

- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close open positions.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn and job portals, referrals and other channels.
- Screen candidates through HR discussions and initial technical role-based screening.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.




- Maintain recruitment trackers on ATS and ensure timely follow-up throughout the hiring process.
- Manage offer rollout, pre-joining coordination and joining formalities.
- HR Operations
- Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation and personnel files.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate joining formalities, induction, documentation and employee orientation.
- Manage exit formalities, clearance, documentation and coordination for Full & Final settlement.
- Maintain attendance, leave and employee records.
- Other HR Initiatives
- Support manager in coordinating of employee engagement activities, events and celebrations.
- Support employee communication and HR initiatives.
- Assist in creating a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
- Support performance management, feedback cycles and other HR initiatives.
- Identify employee concerns and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
- Maintain mothly HR trackers and reports covering attendance, leave, onboarding, exits and other HR metrics.
- Ensure HR data is accurate, updated and properly documented.

What We Are Looking For-

- 2–3 years of experience in HR domain in Defence, drone and aerospace industry is mandatory.
- Bachelor's in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience in both recruitment and HR operations
- Comfortable working with technical teams and understanding different engineering requirements. Comfortable reading technical concept and taking technical screening conversations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid follow-up and execution capabilities.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and ATS tools.
- Proactive, organized and responsive in recruitment-related matters.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with multiple stakeholders.
