HR Roles and Responsibilities

- Recruitment &
- Hiring: Prepare job descriptions, post vacancies, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, issue offer letters, and support workforce planning.

- Onboarding &

- Offboarding: Conduct employee orientation, collect documentation, coordinate joining formalities, manage exit procedures, and conduct exit interviews.

- Employee Records: Maintain employee files, attendance, leave records, contracts, personal information, and HR databases/HRIS.

- Payroll &

Benefits Support: Coordinate attendance and salary inputs, deductions, bonuses, insurance, retirement advantages, and other employee benefits.

- Performance Management: Coordinate performance reviews, help establish goals/KPIs, maintain appraisal records, and support performance-improvement processes.

- Training &

- Development: Identify training needs, organize learning programs, track employee development, and support career-development initiatives.

- Employee Relations:



Address employee concerns and grievances, help resolve workplace conflicts, support disciplinary procedures, and promote a positive work environment.

- Policies &

- Compliance: Develop and communicate HR policies and help ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace regulations, health and safety requirements, and company procedures.

- Engagement &

- Culture: Organize employee-engagement activities, gather feedback, conduct surveys, and support organizational culture and employee retention.

- HR Reporting: Prepare reports on headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment, performance, and other HR metrics.

- Management Support: Advise managers on employee matters, staffing requirements, organizational changes, promotions, compensation, and workforce planning.
