About the Role

Aura Bloom Solutions is looking for a Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment consultancy/staffing environment. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple client requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, coordinating interviews, and driving positions from requirement to closure.

Candidates with experience working on IT/non-IT recruitment, bulk hiring, or client-based recruitment mandates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and translate JDs into effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, databases, and social media.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, location, notice period, and compensation.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage multiple open positions and client requirements simultaneously.
- Negotiate offers and ensure successful candidate joining.
- Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment data in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
- Build and maintain talent pools for recurring requirements.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates and internal teams.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of recruitment consultancy experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn
- Good understanding of Boolean and keyword-based sourcing
- Experience handling multiple requirements simultaneously
- Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with recruitment targets and deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and ATS tools

Salary: Competitive, based on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹7,036.30 - ₹15,000.00 per month
