Key Responsibilities:

Statutory Compliance:

- Manage and ensure timely compliance of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Professional Tax (PT), and other statutory requirements.

- Coordinate with consultants and government authorities regarding statutory matters.

- Prepare and maintain compliance registers, records, and documentation.

- Handle inspections, audits, and statutory notices.

Employee Benefits Administration:

- Process PF withdrawals, transfers, nominations, and claim settlements.

- Manage ESIC registrations, employee cards, and benefit claims.

- Administer gratuity calculations and settlements as per applicable laws.

- Resolve employee queries related to statutory benefits.

Labour Law Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, Gratuity Act, and other applicable labour laws.

- Maintain statutory records, agreements, licences, and renewals.

- Monitor compliance deadlines and submit required returns within timelines.

HR Operations:

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

- Support onboarding and exit formalities.





- Assist in attendance management and payroll inputs.

- Prepare HR reports and MIS related to compliance and employee records.

Required Skills:

- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and Statutory Compliance.

- Understanding of HR operations and documentation.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.

- Solid analytical and record-keeping skills.

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Educational Qualification:

- MBA (HR), PGDM (HR), MSW, or Graduate with relevant HR experience.

- Certification in Labour Laws or Compliance Management will be an added advantage.

Preferred Industry:

- Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, Manufacturing, Facility Management, or Service Industry.
