Role & responsibilities

- Creating and advertising job openings on relevant platforms (like Naukri, LinkedIn)

- Scrutinizing and shortlisting CVs received

- Doing primary calling to check willingness and accuracy of details shared in the CV

- Lining up interviews and further coordination of the interview process

- Keeping in touch with the shortlisted candidates w.r.t. post interview formalities till offer

- Handling staff onboarding process

- Documentation of the details generated in the above mentioned stages

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, Management, or related fields), Bachelor's or Masters degree in HR.

- 1-2 yrs in HR Operations and full-cycle recruitment. (social sector preferred)

- MS Office, Google Workspace, HR software

- Proficiency in using job portals and knowledge of labor laws

- Robust coordination & interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills.
