Position: HR & IR Executive

Experience: 35 Years

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

Location: Nerul Navi Mumbai

- Manage day-to-day HR and Industrial Relations (IR) activities at the plant/organization.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, counselling and conflict resolution.
- Maintain healthy relations between management and employees/workmen.
- Coordinate with contract labour / manpower agencies and monitor contractor compliance.
- Handle attendance, shift, leave, overtime and manpower records.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR records, personnel files and statutory documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate with statutory consultants and government authorities, wherever required.
- Support preparation and maintenance of statutory registers, returns and records.
- Assist in handling labour disputes, show-cause notices, warning letters and disciplinary proceedings.
- Coordinate with workmen representatives / union representatives, where applicable.
- Conduct employee engagement activities and support employee welfare initiatives.
- Prepare HR/IR MIS reports related to manpower, absenteeism, attrition, overtime and other HR metrics.
- Support performance management and employee development initiatives.




- Ensure implementation of HR policies, procedures and disciplinary guidelines.
- Support PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour and other statutory compliance activities as applicable.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of HR & Industrial Relations.
- Working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good employee grievance-handling and negotiation skills.
- Ability to deal confidently with workmen, contractors and management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and HRMS.
- Solid documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a manufacturing/plant environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM HR from a recognized institute.
- Around 3 years of experience in HR & IR, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
- Experience in handling workmen, contract labour, employee relations and statutory compliance will be preferred.
- Candidates with exposure to plant HR / factory HR / industrial relations will be preferred.
