About Acare:

Acare is a home healthcare service provider offering professional home nursing, patient care, elder care, baby care, physiotherapy, and other healthcare support services.

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, onboarding, attendance, and day-to-day HR activities for our home healthcare operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for nurses, caregivers, attendants, and other healthcare staff.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, and joining formalities.
- Verify candidate documents and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and deployment.
- Maintain attendance, leave, and employee-related records.
- Communicate with employees regarding joining, work assignments, and HR-related matters.
- Coordinate with the operations team to understand staffing requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment and joining process.
- Maintain recruitment reports and regularly update hiring status.
- Handle basic employee concerns and coordinate with management when required.




- Support day-to-day HR administration and employee engagement activities.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience required.
- Experience in healthcare, home care, hospital, staffing, or manpower recruitment will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Solid candidate sourcing and recruitment skills.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Target-oriented and responsible approach to work.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month, based on experience, skills, and performance.
