Job Summary

We are looking for an HR Compliance professional to manage statutory compliance, labour law requirements,

employee documentation, and compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage compliance related to PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, and Labour Welfare Fund.
- Ensure timely statutory filings, returns, registrations, and renewals.
- Maintain statutory registers and employee compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and Shops & Establishments regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll, accounts, consultants, and government authorities on compliance matters.
- Support labour audits, inspections, and statutory assessments.
- Monitor compliance related to minimum wages,



working hours, leave, overtime, and employee benefits.
- Ensure POSH compliance and maintain relevant documentation.
- Prepare compliance MIS, trackers, and reports.
- Stay updated on changes in labour laws and ensure necessary process updates.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in HR Statutory / Labour Compliance.
- Positive knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Laws.
- Experience in statutory filings, audits, and compliance documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/payroll systems.
