Key Responsibilities:

- Guide clients through their career branding journey.
- Understand candidate profiles and career goals.
- Conduct profile reviews and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and career services teams.
- Maintain candidate records, trackers, and documentation.
ATS Resume Writing:
- Create ATS-friendly resumes.
- Customize resumes based on job descriptions.
- Highlight skills, achievements, and keywords.
LinkedIn Optimization:
- Optimize LinkedIn Headline, About, Experience,
and Skills.
- Improve recruiter visibility.
- Help candidates build a stronger professional brand.
Job Search & Application Management:
- Identify suitable jobs across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and company portals.
- Apply for roles on behalf of clients.
- Track applications and provide updates.
Required Skills:
- Good understanding of HR or Talent Acquisition.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Resume writing or strong content-writing ability.
