Key Responsibilities

- Implement HR strategy for the Shared Services Centre, aligning people’s priorities with SSC business and service delivery objectives.
- Partner with SSC leadership, India HR, global managers, and HR stakeholders to provide practical, data-driven HR solutions.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards,



and monthly reports for leadership, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
- Manage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee records, HR operations, internal movements, exits, and separation processes.
- Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, interviews, background verification, salary proposals, appointment documentation, and hiring approvals.
- Partner with Global Compensation and Benefits on role benchmarking, pay ranges, job evaluation, banding, merit reviews, and bonus processes.
- Drive effective onboarding and induction programs in partnership with global managers to ensure early engagement and role clarity.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and recommend actions to improve retention and employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee data in Workday and other HR systems, including job, salary, reporting, and employment details.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs, payroll validation, statutory deductions, benefits administration, and insurance processes. Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, time and attendance rules, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Support talent management, talent review, succession planning, career development, engagement, and customized team-building initiatives.
- Support Performance Management - goal setting, performance reviews, development planning, and Performance Improvement Plans as required.
- Guide employee relations, workplace concerns, policy interpretation, expected behaviors, and conflict resolution.
- Participate in HR systems, digital transformation, automation, and process improvement projects, including testing, implementation, and change management.
- Stay updated on HR technology, analytics, MIS tools, and shared services best practices to improve efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
- Conduct employee listening sessions and focus group discussions to identify themes, define action plans, and improve engagement.
