We are hiring for Employee Care Team Associate – HR Shared Services / HR Helpdesk in Pune – Baner.

Role: Employee Care Team Associate – HR Shared Services

Experience: 0–4 Years

Location: Pune – Baner

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound calls from US & Canada employees regarding HR-related queries

Handle and resolve HR Helpdesk tickets through email/ticketing systems

Address queries related to Payroll, Benefits, HR policies and employee services

Provide excellent customer service and ensure timely resolution

Track tickets and follow up on pending issues

Coordinate with internal HR teams for escalations and resolutions

Maintain accurate employee records and HR data

Meet defined SLA, productivity and quality targets





What We Are Looking For:

0–4 years of experience in HR, HR Shared Services, HR Helpdesk, Customer Support or International Voice Process

Experience in inbound calling and ticket handling is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good customer service and problem-solving skills

Basic knowledge of HR, Payroll or Benefits is an advantage

Valuable MS Office skills

Willingness to work from office and evening/night shifts
