Homez & Own is looking for an HR Assistant who can assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR and recruitment activities.
Requirements:
- Male/Female candidates can apply
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets & MS Word/Docs and maintaining records
- Resume screening & shortlisting
- Candidate follow-ups and interview coordination
- Candidate alignment for interviews
- Support in onboarding and joining formalities
- Assist the HR Manager in day-to-day HR activities
- Positive communication and coordination skills
Location: Sector 136, Noida Experience: 6 months+ in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
