We are looking for an experienced HR & Operations Manager to manage employee-related activities and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across our restaurant outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, shifts and employee records.
- Handle staff performance, discipline, training and employee grievances.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to SOPs.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and staff scheduling across outlets.
- Monitor service quality, hygiene, productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare HR and operational reports for management.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in HR, restaurant, hospitality or operations management.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.
- Experience in managing frontline/restaurant staff preferred.
Pay: ₹14,507.33 - ₹21,000.00 per month
