Education: Post Graduate in Human Resources / MSW/ MLW
Salary Budget: Up to ₹5.0 LPA
Job Purpose
We are looking for an HR professional to manage day-to-day HR activities at the manufacturing plant, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee support, statutory compliance, contract labour management, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Staffing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers for manpower requirements and candidate selection.
- Source, screen and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
- Manage joining formalities and employee documentation.
2. HR Operations & Employee Support
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and management.
- Maintain employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
- Support onboarding, induction and employee engagement activities.
- Address routine employee queries and coordinate with relevant departments.
3. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and Factories Act requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for statutory inspections and compliance requirements.
- Support audits and ensure timely completion of compliance activities.
4. Contract Labour Management
- Manage contract labour-related activities and documentation.
- Coordinate with contractors regarding manpower deployment, attendance, wages and statutory compliance.
- Monitor contractor compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Maintain records related to contract workers and contractors.
5. Administration Support
- Handle day-to-day plant administration activities.
- Coordinate with various departments for administrative requirements.
- Support facility management, housekeeping, security and other general administration activities.
- Assist management in maintaining a disciplined and productive workplace environment.
Skill:
- Good understanding of recruitment and HR operations.
- Working knowledge of Factory Act and labour law compliance.
- Experience in contract labour management is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently manage routine HR activities at a manufacturing location.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Excel.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
