We are looking for an organized and proactive HR & Administration Executive to manage day-to-day HR activities, employee coordination, recruitment support, documentation, and general office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment and candidate coordination.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and maintain HR documentation.
- Maintain attendance and leave records.
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation.
- Coordinate employee training and assessments.
- Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Manage general office administration and coordination.
- Provide basic IT and administrative support.
- Maintain HR records, reports, and employee databases.
- Coordinate with different departments for HR and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Admin or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR and administrative processes.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and manage day-to-day HR activities.
- Good follow-up and problem-solving skills.
