- Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards using Python, Power BI, and SQL to provide insights on employee data, talent trends, and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven solutions to improve HR operations.
- Design and implement advanced Excel models for analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Provide expert-level support in developing reports, presentations, and visualizations that effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in HR Analytics or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python programming language along with solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including IT services & consulting professionals.
