We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our resort standards are met in every room and public area.
- eam Supervision: Plan daily duty rosters, delegate tasks, and supervise the day-to-day work of housekeepers and floor staff.
- Room & Facility Inspection: Conduct thorough checks of guest rooms, suites, lobby, corridors, and back-of-house areas to ensure adherence to resort cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Training & Mentorship: Onboard and train housekeeping staff on standard operating procedures, proper chemical handling, equipment safety, and hygiene standards.
- Inventory Management: Oversee linen stock, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies; place purchase requisitions and control wastage.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify structural defects, electrical/plumbing issues, or damaged items and immediately coordinate with the maintenance team.
- Guest Satisfaction: Promptly resolve guest feedback, special requests, or housekeeping complaints with professionalism and care.
- Safety & Hygiene Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all housekeeping operations
