Welcare Hospital is a 110-bed orthopaedic hospital in Vadodara focused on maintaining high standards of patient care, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate our housekeeping team and ensure that all patient-care and hospital areas are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and allocate daily duties to housekeeping staff
- Ensure cleanliness of patient rooms, wards, OPDs, OTs, ICUs, washrooms and common areas
- Conduct regular rounds and cleanliness audits
- Ensure proper cleaning, disinfection and infection-control practices
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline and performance of housekeeping staff
- Train new and existing staff on hospital housekeeping protocols
- Coordinate with Nursing, Administration and Infection Control teams
- Monitor housekeeping materials, consumables and equipment
- Ensure proper biomedical and general waste segregation
- Handle housekeeping-related complaints promptly and professionally




- Maintain checklists, records and departmental documentation

Who We Are Looking For

- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Good understanding of cleanliness, hygiene and infection-control standards
- Ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment
