We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor who possesses a true commitment to executing flawless cleaning standards. In this role, you will not be stuck behind a desk—you will lead from the front by training our staff, visiting deep-cleaning residential sites, and conducting quality audits across various locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Training & Development: Conduct hands-on training for cleaning staff on proper chemical usage, equipment handling, safety protocols, and efficient cleaning techniques.
- Site Inspections & Quality Control: Visit active job sites (homes and offices) to inspect work in progress and ensure all cleanliness and hygiene standards meet company benchmarks.
- Deep Cleaning Execution & Oversight: Personally visit residential and commercial sites to lead and actively participate in complex deep-cleaning projects. You will work alongside the crew to ensure every nook and cranny meets our standards.
- Staff Management: Manage daily scheduling, allocate tasks to cleaning crews,
and resolve any on-site operational issues.
- Client Relations: Act as the face of the company on-site, addressing client feedback or special requests with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring teams are fully equipped before heading to a site.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor, Shift Lead, or Senior Cleaner in a residential/commercial cleaning environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel daily to various client locations and sites (a valid driver's license and personal vehicle/bike is highly preferred).
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to train, motivate, and manage a diverse team of cleaning professionals.
- Eye for Detail: An absolute obsession with hygiene, organization, and cleanliness.
- Communication: Explicit verbal communication skills to effectively instruct staff and interact with clients.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing daily schedules and site requirements.
