About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the housekeeping operations of a private residence. The candidate will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring that the residence is maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of housekeeping staff.

- Prepare and manage staff duty schedules, shifts, and leave plans.

- Ensure all areas of the residence are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.

- Conduct regular inspections of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens, and other household spaces.

- Monitor housekeeping staff performance and provide guidance and training when required.

- Ensure proper handling and care of furniture, fixtures, appliances, artwork, linen, and other household items.

- Manage the washing, ironing, folding, and proper storage of household linen and clothing as required.

- Maintain adequate stocks of cleaning materials, toiletries, linen, and other housekeeping supplies.

- Monitor inventory and coordinate with vendors for replenishment of supplies.

- Ensure proper cleaning procedures and hygiene standards are followed.

- Coordinate with maintenance staff and external service providers for housekeeping-related requirements.





- Assist with preparation of the residence for guests, family functions, and special occasions.

- Handle housekeeping-related concerns and resolve issues promptly.

- Maintain confidentiality and discretion regarding the family and private residence.

- Prepare regular updates regarding housekeeping activities, staff performance, and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in a private residence, luxury hotel, serviced apartment, or premium hospitality environment.

- Previous experience managing a team of housekeeping staff.

- Good knowledge of cleaning procedures, laundry, linen management, and household upkeep.

- Solid organizational and supervisory skills.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.

- Ability to train and motivate housekeeping staff.

- Professional, polite, trustworthy, and well-groomed.

- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.

- Must maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of the family.

- Willingness to work flexible hours based on the requirements of the residence.

Pay: ₹30,969.75 - ₹35,263.24 per month
