We are looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor to supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Allocate rooms, floors, and cleaning duties to housekeeping team members.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, corridors, and other hotel facilities to ensure cleanliness standards.
- Ensure rooms are properly cleaned, maintained, and ready for guest check-in.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies, linen, uniforms, and cleaning materials.
- Maintain proper inventory and coordinate with the housekeeping management for replenishment.
- Train and guide housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–7 years of experience in hotel housekeeping or a similar hospitality setting.
- Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor / Senior Housekeeping Associate is preferred.
- Good knowledge of hotel cleaning procedures, housekeeping operations, and hygiene standards.
- Strong team-management and communication skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
