We are seeking experienced Housekeeping Supervisors to manage day-to-day cleaning and sanitation operations at prestigious client sites including offices, hospitals, malls, and IT parks. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff and ensure impeccable hygiene standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily tasks and shifts
- Inspect premises and ensure cleanliness standards are met
- Manage and replenish cleaning materials and equipment inventory
- Train new staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety
- Prepare daily attendance, performance records, and site reports
- Liaise with client facility managers to resolve issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with green cleaning and waste segregation norms
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 10th Pass; 12th or above preferred
- 2-4 years in housekeeping supervision in corporate/hospital/mall setting
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, machinery (scrubbers, polishers), and eco-friendly practices
- Valuable communication skills in English and local language
