Beriom Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at The Nature Land wellness Resort.

Position: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: The Nature Land Wellness Resort

Address: Village Cholagora, Jamshedpur–Galudih Road, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand – 832304

Experience: 2–4 years in hotel/resort housekeeping preferred

Qualification: 12th/Graduate; Hotel Management or housekeeping training preferred

Fooding will be provided

Accommodation will be provided

Key Responsibilities

- Allocate daily duties to housekeeping attendants
- Inspect guest rooms, bathrooms, cottages and public areas
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and released on time
- Maintain housekeeping checklists and inspection records
- Monitor linen, towels, toiletries and cleaning materials
- Maintain accurate housekeeping stock records
- Coordinate room status with Front Office
- Report plumbing, electrical and civil maintenance issues
- Train staff on cleaning, hygiene and guest handling
- Monitor staff grooming, attendance and productivity




- Handle guest housekeeping requests and complaints
- Ensure safe storage and handling of cleaning materials

Key Skills Required

- Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
- Team supervision and task allocation
- Valuable Hindi & English communication
- Guest-service orientation
- Knowledge of housekeeping chemicals and equipment
- Linen and inventory-control knowledge
- Strong coordination and record-keeping ability
