Education: Hotel Management / Hospitality Management

Experience: 2+ Years in Housekeeping / Facility Management

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager with a Hotel Management background to manage housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, accommodation, and basic facility operations at our factory/manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage housekeeping staff, including attendance, duty allocation, discipline, and performance.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation across factory areas, offices, washrooms, pantry, common areas, and accommodation.
- Plan and monitor daily cleaning schedules, duty rosters, checklists, and inspections.
- Manage housekeeping materials, consumables, toiletries, and stock requirements.
- Oversee employee and guest accommodation, including room readiness, cleanliness, occupancy, and records.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of housekeeping and facility-related issues.
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Security, Maintenance, and vendors for smooth facility operations.
- Coordinate basic maintenance requirements such as plumbing, electrical, AC, furniture, and sanitation.
- Ensure proper waste management and compliance with safety, hygiene, and company standards.




- Handle housekeeping-related complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain housekeeping records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
- Take overall responsibility for maintaining a clean, safe, hygienic, and well-organized workplace.

Eligibility
- Hotel Management / Hospitality Management qualification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in housekeeping/facility management.
- Candidates from Hotels, Resorts, Hospitality, Manufacturing Units, or Large Facilities are preferred.
- Hands-on experience in team supervision and housekeeping operations.
- Willingness to work in a factory/manufacturing setting.
