- Daily Operations: Monitor daily cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.

- IDS System Management: Use IDS Next software to update room cleanliness statuses (Clean, Dirty, Inspected), match housekeeping reports with front office occupancy data, and block rooms for deep cleaning or maintenance.

- Team Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping supervisors, room attendants, and laundry staff.

- Quality Control: Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to maintain high hygiene and brand standards.

- Inventory & Budget: Manage the department budget, track stock levels for linens and cleaning supplies, and order new items as needed.

- Interdepartmental Coordination: Report maintenance issues to engineering and coordinate VIP arrivals or check-outs instantly via the IDS system with the front desk.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
