Role Description The Housekeeping GSA role at Amartara The Resort is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Road. The role involves maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to established cleanliness and hygiene standards. Day-to-day tasks include making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, replenishing amenities and linens, and handling laundry and linen management as required.

The Housekeeping GSA will respond to guest requests promptly, report maintenance issues, follow safety and sanitation guidelines, and support other team members during peak operations.



The role also includes adhering to property procedures, participating in basic training sessions, and consistently ensuring a welcoming and orderly environment for all guests.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, public area upkeep, and attention to detail.
- Candidates should possess laundry-related skills, such as sorting, cleaning, folding, and proper handling of linens and guest garments.
- Candidates should possess customer service and communication skills to interact courteously with guests and coordinate effectively with team members.
- Candidates should possess basic training and learning abilities, including willingness to follow standard operating procedures and adopt current practices.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior experience in hospitality or housekeeping, understanding of hygiene and safety standards, reliability in shift-based work, and basic literacy and numeracy.
