Here are the key duties and responsibilities of a Housekeeping Field Officer point wise:

- Supervise and inspect housekeeping staff performance across assigned areas on a daily basis.

- Conduct regular field inspections to check the quality of cleaning and maintain staff as per site requirement.

- Train, guide, and monitor housekeeping attendants and supervisors on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.

- Address client complaints related to housekeeping and ensure prompt resolution.

- Prepare daily/weekly reports on staff attendance, work allocation, and area-wise inspection findings.

- Ensure staff attendance and rendom check of sites.

- Coordinate with maintenance/engineering teams for repair and upkeep of facilities identified during inspections.

- Ensure all staff at sites are on duty .

- Ensure timely joining of staff and ID card issue on time.

- Staff Wear proper uniform during work .

- Reduce esclation of sites.

- Coordinate with Operation head for new business and site stability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
