Job Overview:

Wanderama Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction. You will ensure that all guest rooms, public areas, and resort facilities are spotless, welcoming, and impeccably maintained.

Key Responsibilities :

- Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and servicing of guest rooms according to resort standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
- Linen & Supply Management: Replenish guest amenities, fresh towels, and linens daily. Report any damaged items, fixtures, or maintenance issues promptly to the supervisor.
- Public Area Upkeep: Ensure all public spaces, hallways, lobbies, and resort facilities remain clean, tidy,



and presentable throughout the day.
- Guest Assistance: Respond courteously to guest requests, inquiries, or special requirements with a qualified and welcoming attitude.
- Lost and Found Protocol: Handle any misplaced guest belongings strictly according to the resort’s lost and found policy and reporting procedures.
- Safety & Hygiene Standards: Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
