Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Attendant with around 2 years of experience in the hotel industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas.

- Ensure guest rooms are prepared according to hotel standards before guest arrival.

- Make beds, change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.

- Perform dusting, vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and other cleaning activities.

- Inspect rooms and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the concerned department.

- Handle cleaning chemicals, equipment, and housekeeping supplies safely and appropriately.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and housekeeping-related requirements.

- Follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.

- Maintain proper records of room status, linen, supplies, and other housekeeping activities.





- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status and guest requirements.

- Assist with deep-cleaning activities, special cleaning projects, and periodic housekeeping tasks.

- Follow all hotel policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.

- Maintain professional grooming, punctuality, and courteous behavior at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel or hospitality setting.

- Knowledge of hotel room cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.

- Good understanding of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good attention to detail and cleanliness.

- Ability to handle guest requests courteously and professionally.

- Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.

- Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.68 per month
