Key responsibilities

Clean and maintain guest rooms, cottages, tents and attached bathrooms as per resort standards.

Make beds and replace bed linen, towels and other room supplies.

Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop and sanitize rooms and bathrooms thoroughly.

Replenish toiletries, tea/coffee supplies, drinking water and other guest amenities.

Ensure rooms are properly prepared and inspected before guest check-in.

Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas such as reception, corridors, restaurant, lawn and other common areas.

Report maintenance issues, damages, missing items or unusual observations to the supervisor immediately.

Handle housekeeping equipment, cleaning chemicals and supplies safely and responsibly.

Follow proper procedures for Lost & Found items.

Assist guests with basic housekeeping-related requests in a polite and professional manner.

Maintain proper hygiene, grooming and professional conduct.

Follow daily room-cleaning checklists, housekeeping SOPs and safety procedures.





Coordinate with the Front Office and other departments regarding room status and guest requirements.

Assist the housekeeping team during high occupancy, group bookings, events and peak periods.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping stores and assigned work areas.

Perform any other housekeeping duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years of experience in hotel, resort or hospitality housekeeping preferred.

Good knowledge of room cleaning, bathroom cleaning, bed making and linen handling.

Good understanding of housekeeping standards and hygiene practices.

Physically fit and comfortable with standing and moving around for extended periods.

Good communication and guest-handling skills.

Punctual, honest, disciplined and responsible.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to work adaptable shifts, weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
