About the Role

Renteel is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to manage on-ground cleanliness and upkeep across our Short-Term Rental (STR) and Paying Guest (PG) properties. You will be responsible for property turnovers, guest-ready presentation, and coordinating basic on-ground support during guest stays.

Key Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Cleanliness Standards

- Execute property turnover between bookings — linen changes, deep cleaning, and hotel-grade presentation of all units
- Clean and sanitise rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas per checklist/SOP
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish furniture, fixtures, and floors

Guest Support

- Assist with guest arrivals/departures where needed — key handovers and basic coordination
- Respond promptly to housekeeping-related guest requests during their stay

Inventory & Supplies

- Monitor and restock guest amenities, toiletries, and cleaning supplies across managed properties
- Notify supervisor when stock is running low

Maintenance Support

- Inspect units during turnovers for electrical, plumbing, or appliance issues




- Report any damages or maintenance needs promptly to the Operations Executive/Supervisor

PG Facility Upkeep

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas in PG units
- Support timely utility checks and basic upkeep tasks

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 0–2 years in housekeeping, hospitality, or short-term rental/PG cleaning (freshers may be considered)
- Skills: Attention to detail, physical stamina for standing/bending/lifting, basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Communication: Basic communication skills in the local language
- Reliability: Trustworthy and reliable when working in occupied guest/tenant properties
- Availability: Versatile schedule, including weekends and public holidays during peak turnover periods
- Mobility: Two-wheeler preferred for travel between properties (confirm if required for this role)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
